
Who am I ?
Hi. I am Sharmila.
I am a general practitioner, director of Menopause, My Way, an AMS (Australasian Menopause Society) doctor, a Menopause Experts Group licensed champion, a medical educator(RACGP) and an adjunct lecturer at University of Sydney Medical School.
I have worked in general practice for 21 years.
I like to empower individuals/communities and workplaces with knowledge of peri/menopause so they feel validated and hence create an individualised action plan to live a long healthy life.
My passions include holistic and preventative care.I strive to provide the best health care to my clients through curiosity and research.
Self-care - play tennis, listen to music and help people.
